1. Who We Are
Trading Fleet Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales. We operate the Trading Fleet platform, which provides automated cryptocurrency trading tools and related services.

2. Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:

Account data: email address, password (hashed — never stored in plain text), plan/subscription tier.
Exchange API credentials: API key, secret, and passphrase for supported exchanges. These are stored encrypted using industry-standard encryption (Fernet/AES-128).
Telegram data: Telegram chat ID if you enable bot notifications.
Payment data: Stripe handles all payment processing. We do not store card details. We receive subscription status and plan information from Stripe.
Usage data: bot activity logs, trade records, session information.
Waitlist data: email address only, if you joined our waitlist.
3. How We Use Your Data
To provide and operate the Trading Fleet platform and your automated bots.
To send you trade notifications via Telegram (only if you enable this).
To process your subscription payments via Stripe.
To respond to support requests.
To improve our platform and fix issues.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Legal Basis for Processing
Contract performance: processing your account and running your bots.
Legitimate interests: platform security, fraud prevention, service improvement.
Consent: Telegram notifications (you can withdraw at any time).
Legal obligation: where required by law.
5. Exchange API Keys
Your exchange API credentials are encrypted at rest and used solely to execute trades on your behalf on your connected exchange account. We strongly recommend creating API keys with trading permissions only — never withdrawal permissions. We cannot access your exchange funds directly.

6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).

9. Security
